Opportunity for Everyone: 4th Social Day Edmark Burkina Faso

Last Saturday 21st April 2012 was an opportunity for us to celebrate Edmark Burkina Faso achievers of the month of February back to back with our P4 batch 2 winners. The outstanding host for that memorable social day was Miss Bintou Belem.

The event started at 2pm. After the prayers and the dance energizer and the welcome message of the Emerald Manager Mr. Paul Zemba, we proceeded with the acknowledgement of distributors who were also making progress. So senior distributors up to assistant manager of the month of February were called on stage for the Emerald Manager to congratulate and encourage them.

Then came the time for our heroes of the day not 1 or 2 managers but 6 managers and 1 sapphire Manager who followed the regular way of becoming Managers after 4 months since the opening of the Edmark Burkina Faso Branch. One after the other they received with happiness their pins from de hand of the Emerald Manager Mr. Paul Zemba. Our achievers were proud of the step accomplished. But before the explanation concerning the benefits of a Ruby manager, the participants of p4 batch 2 set fire at the venue through their outstanding intermission number. They received a standing ovation for that. Taking advantage of the presence of the T4 trainer Mr. Maxwell Okyere, he was the one in charge of presenting the benefits of a Ruby Manager. It presentation had an impact on the attendees urging them to soar high and embrace Edmark Business. A business which does not request from our distributors to be degree holders to be successful.

After Maxwell Mr. Andre the general Manager was called on stage to award our p4 batch 2. The winner Miss Susan Oziegbe testified that she can now move easily her body because she lost weight. The T3 trainees used the opportunity to surprise their trainer Mr. Maxwell with a token. Also two new managers were recognized as outstanding managers because of their commitment to Edmark Burkina Faso activities. There are: Mr. Traore Pie and Mrs. Pelagie Nakoulma.  Our GM Andre Sawadogo in his special message said thank you to guest and distributors for coming in numbers to that event. He urged them to join and grab the edmark education system. It was also an opportunity to wish happy birth day to the Marketing in Charge Mr. Solo. After reminding and promoting the IC Ghana and the 2nd GSS in Burkina we ended with prayers and the edmark city dance.

Our 4th social was attended by 159 persons among which 75 distributors and 84 guests.

Success in progress: 1st MLT & TNT Edmark Burkina Faso

Education is the formal process by which society deliberately transmits its accumulated knowledge, skills, customs and values from one generation to another. At Edmark we have an education system, the EES to equip our distributors and fulfill our mission which is to help people succeed in health wealth and total well-being. Among the EES seminars we have MLT/TNT which was conducted for the first time in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso at the Hotel Eden Park on the 14th April 2012. The speakers were the EM Maxwell Okyere and EM Paul Zemba.

The two speakers elaborated on 4 modules concerning the first part of the program. The audience was really attentive; they were busy throughout the mentoring and leadership training. The speakers through story telling explained to the audience how truly teamwork can make the dream work. We end the first part of the seminar with a module in which the EM Maxwell Okyere explained to the audience with passion and experience how to conduct a tactical meeting. They were delighted and saw the importance of a weekly meeting for each team.

The break gave us the opportunity to announce our upcoming GSS on the 12 May 2012 and sell 21 tickets of our 4th IC Ghana in Jun. We also surprised our branch in charge Miss Marissa whose birthday felt on the day of the program. The audience during the break really enjoyed the food and the splina offered by Edmark Burkina Faso.

When we came back from the break the speakers started by giving us what network marketing is, and it involve selling this is why in the 2nd module the EM Maxwell tackled some themes which are essential for the success of an edmark distributor: prospecting, presenting and handling objections. For the EM Maxwell objections from a prospect mean he needs more explanation. He also explained to the audience that they need confidence and motivation to succeed in Edmark .The EM Paul Zemba in the last module conveyed to the audience to live by example so that others can duplicate them.

We end the program after the special message of the General Manager Andre who said thank you to the edmark Burkina Faso staff, to the speakers for the good work done and urged the audience to put into practice all the knowledge they have acquired during the MLT/TNT. The seminar was attended by 57 distributors including the speakers.

Premier GSS (Séminaire de Fixation des Objectifs) au Burkina Faso

Brian Tracy disait que ;<Les objectifs permettent de contrôler la direction du changement en ta faveur > Toutefois comment se fixer ses objectifs la ? Cette question a sa réponse dans le système d’éducation d’EDMARK. En effet parmi d’autres séminaires aussi importants dans l’EES, nous avons le GSS (Séminaire de Fixation des Objectifs). Ce séminaire a été organisé pour la première fois au Burkina Faso (Ouagadougou) le 21 Janvier 2012 à l’hôtel la conférence (HCOY). 79 distributeurs curieux et déterminés pour réussir, se sont rassemblés avant 9 heures du matin pour s’inscrire sur la liste de présence. Apres la dance énergétique et les prières, M. André Sawadogo dans son message de bienvenue a demandé aux participants d’être attentifs à tous les mots qui seront prononcés dans cette salle. Pour lui ça changera leur vie. Ce séminaire a été animé par 3 orateurs exceptionnels. M. Francis Akakpo, un formateur T3 et Manager Emeraude venant du Togo, était le premier à intervenir. Pendant sa présentation, les participants ont découverts qu’à EDMARK ils sont dans un temple du savoir, une université qui est sans frais et efficace pour réussir dans la vie, ils ont aussi appris leurs priorités, ce qui doit passer en premier dans leur vie quotidien. La fin de la présentation de m. Francis nous a conduits à la pose déjeunée. Les participants se sont régalés avec la nourriture servi par le personnel de EDMARK qui était aidé par la promotion 1 de STP. Apres avoir pris des forces avec la nourriture, nous sommes retournés au programme avec le beau et humble formateur T4, Diamant Manager, M. Philip Frimpong du Ghana qui s’est chargé de la deuxième partie du séminaire. Au cours de sa présentation, il a montré au public présent comment avoir réellement ce qu’ils veulent et leur a aussi expliqué que les dépliants et les brochures d’EDMARK sont indispensables dans les affaires d’EDMARK. Pour le démontrer, il a demandé a un participant de lui prêter son stylo et pendant qu’il le tenait, il a demandé au participant d’écrire son nom. Evidemment que le participant ne pouvait pas parce qu’il n’a pas d’outil. Cela a réellement suscité chez les participants le besoin d’acheter les outils et l’opportunité leur avaient été donnée. M. Phillip avait fini sa partie suggérant aux distributeurs de vivre par exemple en participant aux fonctions et séminaires d’EDMARK. La dernière était sous la conduite ‘du père de EDMARK’, Le Manager Couronné Senior et formateur T4 M. Abanquah Asare. Pendants son exposé les participants ont appris que les mots avaient une puissance. D’où il les conseillé d’éviter les mots négatifs et d’utiliser ceux qui sont positifs et qu’ils réclament la position de couronné. Il leur a aussi conseillé de rêver grand pour obtenir de grand résultats comme lui qui est un récipiendaire de voiture et de maison en moins de 3 ans dans les affaires de EDMARK. Apres sa présentation les participants ont voulu partager leurs sentiments. M. Kenkou a dit merci à la direction de EDMARK et aux orateurs pour avoir donné espoir a ses rêves d’enfants. Aussi Madame Ouedraogo a dit merci au SCM Abanquah pour avoir partagé son témoignage avec eux, montrant qu’EDMARK est réel. Pour le grand travail accompli, des certificats ont été remis aux orateurs par Miss Marissa et notre Manager International des Operations M. Jeffrey A. Barzanas qui dans son allocution de fin a remercié les orateurs et a lancé un défis aux distributeurs Burkina Be. Ils lui ont promis de développer des Managers couronnés dans 6 mois. Nous avons fini cette journée mémorable en prière .

Indeed among other important seminars in the EES, we have the GSS (Goals Setting Seminar).This seminar was organized for the first time in Burkina Faso (Ouagadougou) on the 21st January 2012 at the Hotel la Conference (HCOY). 79 curious distributors and guests eager to be successful gathered before 9am for the registrations. After the dance energizer and the invocations, Mr. Andre Sawadogo in his welcome remarks urged the participants to really pay attention to every word that will be pronounced in this room. For him it will change their lives. The seminar was conducted by 3 outstanding speakers. M. Francis Akakpo a T3 trainer and emerald manager from Togo was the first one to intervene. Through his presentation, the participants discovered that at EDMARK they are in a house of knowledge, a university which is free of charge and efficient to succeed in life. They also learnt about their priorities, what to put first in their daily life. The end of M. Francis presentation led us to the lunch break. The participants really enjoyed the food served by EDMARK staff with the help of STP batch 1. After gaining strength with the food we got back to the program with the handsome and humble T4 trainer, Diamond Manager M. Phillip Frimpong from Ghana who handled the second part of the seminar. During his presentation he has shown the audience how to get what they really want and he also explained to them that the leaflets and booklets are essential in EDMARK business. To demonstrate, he asked an attendee to borrow him his pen and while holding it, he asked the attendee to write his name. Of course the attendee could not because no tool. This really arise the need for the participants to buy tools and the opportunity was given to then. M. Phillip finished his part urging distributors to live by example by attending Edmark seminars and functions. The last part of the seminar was handled by the ‘father of Edmark’, Senior Crown Manager and T4 trainer M. Abanquah Asare .Through his presentation the participants got to know that words are powerful. So he advised them to refuse negative words and be friend with the positive ones and claim the Crown position. He also explained to them to dream big to achieve big results like him who is car and house achiever within 3 years in the Edmark business. After his presentation the attendees were willing to share their feelings. M.Kenkou a distributor was thankful to the speakers and edmark management to have given hope to his childhood dreams. Also Mrs. Ouedraogo said thank you to the SCM Abanquah for sharing his testimonies with them showing that Edmark is real. For the great work done Certificates were given to the speakers by Miss Marissa and our International Operations Manager Mr. Jeffrey A.Barzanas who in his closing remarks thank the speakers and threw a challenge to Burkina distributors. They promised him to developed Crown Managers in 6 month. We end this memorable day with prayers.

2 eme formation des nouveaux distributeurs(NDT) au Burkina Faso

EDMARK est une opportunité d’affaire offerte à tout le monde. Et depuis le 1er novembre 2011 EDMARK est officiellement présent au Burkina Faso (Ouagadougou).Mais pour faire comprendre cette opportunité d’affaire a la population Burkina Be, EDMARK mise beaucoup sur son système d’éducation d’où nous avons la formation des nouveaux distributeurs(NDT).Ce séminaire permet aux nouveaux distributeurs de connaitre et de se familiariser avec l’entreprise, sa mission et sa vision. L’objectif principal de ce séminaire est d’augmenter la valeur des ventes. Ce samedi 14 Janvier 2011 nous a donné l’occasion d’assister à ce séminaire mais cette fois ci rehaussé par l’intervention de notre Manager General Monsieur André Sawadogo qui a souhaité d’entrée la bienvenue à tous les participants. A la fin du séminaire, l’intervention du Manager des opérations Afrique de l’ouest, Monsieur Jeff nous a convaincu de ce que la Direction de EDMARK est toujours proche des distributeurs. Dans son message il a aussi rappelé aux distributeurs Burkina bé que le PDG Monsieur Sam Low est toujours à leurs cotés en esprit et que bientôt il fera le déplacement au Burkina Faso. Il a aussi dans son message souligner l’importance du séminaire de fixation des objectifs(GSS) qui aura lieu le Samedi 21 Janvier 2012 a l’hôtel la conférence (HCOY).Des jeux nous ont permis de clôturer cette journée de succès avec le plus rapide buveur de Splina et du plus bon buveur de café : pas n’importe quel café celui-là c’est le café Red Yeast de EDMARK qui vous permet de baisser naturellement votre taux de mauvais cholestérol. Cette Grande formation des nouveaux distributeurs était un succes avec la participation de 50 distributeurs et 31 invités. Parmi ses invités 11 ont décidés de rejoindre la famille EDMARK (8 adhésions régulières et 3 adhésions pour le programme d’amaigrissement).


EDMARK is a business that offers opportunity to everybody and a business of relationship as well. And to make the population of Burkina Faso understand this business opportunity, EDMARK rely on its EDUCATION SYSTEM in which we have the New Distributors’ Training (NDT).This seminar allows new distributors to know and familiarize more about the company, its mission, vision, culture as well as the business opportunity that EDMARK offers. This Saturday 14th 2012 gave us the opportunity to be part of that seminar but this time enhanced by the wonderful welcome remarks from our General Manager, Mr. Andre Sawadogo. Also we are privileged receive a special message from the management through our International Operations Manager, Mr. Jeffrey A. Barzanas. People were very much happy to see him; He relayed to him that EDMARK Management is always thinking of the welfare of the distributors. In his message he reminded the Burkinabe distributors that the CEO, Sir Sam Low is always by their side in spirit. He also mentioned in his message the importance of the Goals Setting Seminar which will be held on the 21st January 2012 at the hotel la conference (HCOY). We ended this successful day with games, the splina drinking contest and the Red Yeast coffee drinking contest. The Grand New Distributors Training was a success with the presence of 50 distributors and 31 guests. Among the guests 11 decided to joined that day the EDMARK family (8 regular registrations and 3 P4 registrations).
